Morning Devotion: Consistency in the Small Things

Memory Text

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” — Luke 16:10

Reflection:
Great lives are not built on occasional big moments, but on consistent small choices. What you do daily often unnoticed and uncelebrated is what shapes your character and direction.

Faithfulness in small things is where trust with greater things begins. The quiet disciplines, the unseen integrity, the steady commitment these are the foundations God uses to build a life of purpose.

It is easy to wait for bigger opportunities to prove yourself, but God looks at how you handle what is already in your hands. Every small act of faithfulness is a seed planted for future growth.

Do not overlook the ordinary. What feels small today carries eternal significance when done with a heart aligned to God.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to be faithful in the small things. Teach me to value consistency and to honour You in both seen and unseen moments, In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Action:
Be intentional about one small responsibility today. Do it with excellence, gratitude, and faithfulness.
