The air and mood at Emmaus Seventh-day Adventist Church are about to change.
Forget the usual hushed tones of a traditional service; this Sabbath is designed to be a literal Worship Experience, a marathon of melody and a deep dive into the soul of praise.
From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, the sanctuary will transform into a vessel of song as Tehillah Ministry celebrates its first anniversary, one year of lifting lives and finding God in the harmony.
The day kicks off with the bright, triumphant sounds of the Sapphire Brass Band. There is no better way to wake up the spirit than with the resonance of horns echoing through the halls.
As the congregation settles in, the Emmaus Church Choir will lead the home-front welcome, setting a foundation of communal worship.
As the sun climbs higher, the stage welcomes some of the most anticipated voices in the region:
Jehovah Shalom: Known for their soul-stirring arrangements that bridge the gap between heaven and earth.

Keziron Family Choir: Bringing that unique, tight-knit harmony that only a family legacy can produce.
Guiding this massive musical undertaking are the Chief Choristers, Isaac and Mercy Seruwu. With their happy faces and vocal leadership, they’ll ensure the transition from hymn to contemporary praise is seamless, keeping the energy focused and the spirit high.
While the day is defined by music, the heart of the message remains central. Emma Epiaka will deliver a Sermonette, a potent, focused word designed to ground the musical celebration in scripture.
This isn’t just any other day, it’s a mission. The Tehillah Ministry was founded on the principle of Lifting Lives and they are putting that into practice immediately.
The Mission: All funds collected through the Thanksgiving offering will be dedicated to Prison Ministry, extending the hope found in the sanctuary to those behind bars.
The hosts, Tehillah Ministry, will take centre stage to celebrate their first inception anniversary. Expect a setlist that reflects a year of growth, trials, and ultimate gratitude. Their performance is more than just a slot in the program; it is a testimony of survival and grace.
Whether you come for the brass, the acapella harmonies of Jehovah Shalom, or the driving passion of Tehillah, one thing is certain: you won’t leave with a quiet heart. Bring your friend and a spirit ready for lifting.
But if you fail to make it to Emmaus physically, Shalom Insights got you covered because we plan to livestream the whole event on our YouTube Channel.
