Arguably the most prominent choir in the region, the Ambassadors of Christ Choir, has announced its next mission trip to Kenya.
The choir will perform as a guest choir at a major celebration scheduled for November 1-3, at Kasarani Indoor Arena.
"We can't wait to worship, fellowship, and lift praises to the Most High together with the wonderful people of Nairobi. We have missed you dearly," the choir posted on its social media handles.
This announcement comes just days after the renowned Rwandan choir delivered a soul-soothing and uplifting show in Kampala, Uganda.
This time, the choir will be ministering in Nairobi under the invitation of the Vocals of Praise choir, who are celebrating their 10th anniversary in gospel music and five years of their 'Sing to Save a Soul Initiative.'
The mighty choir has previously ministered in Kenya, and this will be the fourth time to grace the powerful Swahili audience.
In 2012, they performed at Awendo West and Nyayo Stadium before heading to Naivasha Grounds in 2013. Their last visit to Kenya was in Kizingo, Mombasa in 2016, following their appearance at the Kenya International Conference Centre (KICC).
According to the choir, the main reason for this mission visit is to share in the joy of Vocals of Praise's impactful initiative, as well as to reconnect with their dedicated Kenyan audience.
As they perform their expansive repertoire of uplifting songs, "Kwetu Pazuri" is expected to rank highest, as it is their most beloved song in Kenya.
